We can't remember the days when we last opened the Yellow Pages in the US. Whenever we needed information or assistance of any kind, we would pop over to Google and "voila!" just what we needed! Oh how we take technology for granted. Try looking up anything in the Bahamas using Google. Oh you will get plenty of information about hotels, scuba diving and day trips to the Exumas - but, while tempting, none of this information helps you find a plumber, electrician or gas man. Welcome to the Bahamian internet. Just as you probably can't imagine how you lived without Google, we can't imagine how we lived without this golden, shining book. It is the Holy Grail of living in the Bahamas.
P.S. If you thought we were happy about getting our furniture you have never met our fat and lazy cats...
...or at least one of them!
