How does your garden grow?

Well Josie stayed for two days cleaning up and we have about 20 huge bags filled with garden waiting to be picked up by our garbage men - even though we still haven't figured out when they come or even if we have to pay for it. The garden looks a lot better and we can now see through our front windows. Here are some photos of the front garden before. We will take "after" pictures later. It is very important to note that this turned out to be a bigger job than we could have imagined and Mark did at least half of the work. The only mishaps - Mark's machetied (sic) finger and a cut-down tree. Josie followed Mark's directions a little too enthusiastically and the tree in our driveway is nearly gone.

Lying in the sun and sleeping are hard chores. Or maybe they're for the hard core, I get confused.

Hey - I'm not knocking it! Why do you think we moved to the Bahamas?

You can put that on my 12 days of 40 list... lying in the sun and sleeping. I've yet to do it sinced we moved. I guess we haven't learned how to do this Bahamian thing right yet :-)
